Privacy policy: CRMHUB IRCC Autofill

What the extension does

It lets authorised staff of a CRMHUB firm (regulated immigration consultants, lawyers and their teams) copy information from their own client files into IRCC online forms open in their browser. It fills fields only. It never submits, signs or pays anything.

Data it uses

• Personal access key and CRMHUB address, entered by the user, stored only in the browser's extension storage.
• Client data (names, dates, passport, contact, address, education) is fetched from the firm's CRMHUB account over HTTPS when the user picks a client. It is kept in memory to fill the current page and, in page-by-page mode, for at most 30 minutes in extension storage. It is never sent to any party other than the user's CRMHUB account and the IRCC page the user chose to fill.
• Field reports: when a user clicks "Flag a field", only the field's label, section title, field type and the page address are sent to CRMHUB to improve matching. No client values are sent.

What it does not do

• No analytics, advertising or tracking. No sale or transfer of data. No reading of pages other than the tab the user asks it to fill or flag.
• No remote code: all code is included in the extension package.

Access and deletion

Keys can be revoked at any time in CRMHUB → Firm Settings. Removing the extension deletes its local storage. Client data stays under the firm's control in CRMHUB, subject to the CRMHUB privacy policy at https://crmhub.ca.
